Pvz2 Terms & Conditions Platform Usage

This document sets out the terms governing use of the pvz2 platform, which are binding on all registered users. Please read carefully before using our services. By registering for or using the pvz2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pvz2 platform available at pvz2.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the pvz2 platform.

To use the pvz2 platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher;

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account at pvz2. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any funds held within them. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for keeping it up to date whenever changes occur.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your pvz2 account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. pvz2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a pvz2 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You expressly agree to not doing any of the following:

Attempt to hack, compromise, or cause disruption to pvz2 systems;
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, hacking, or money laundering through the platform;

Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
Abusing any platform promotion or offer in a manner that contravenes the terms of that offer;
Disclose or sell your account information to any third party.

Pvz2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the pvz2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.

Deposit Terms

Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Each deposit is subject to a minimum amount as set and displayed in your account wallet section. pvz2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of violating the platform's usage policies.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method or bank account registered under the same user's name. First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits may require additional identity verification. pvz2 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if they are under investigation for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Processing times depend on the selected method and are displayed in the platform when submitting a withdrawal request.

Pvz2 is not liable for any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations that Malaysian authorities may impose on users' winnings or transactions. Users are solely responsible for meeting their own tax obligations.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Pvz2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from betting decisions, technical disruptions beyond our control, or unauthorised access caused by user negligence. pvz2's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited in the relevant user's account.

Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from pvz2. Any intellectual property infringement may result in legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pvz2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or system abuse. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
